Amber Inn Motel Le Mars

Newly painted interiors. Clean. Great shower. Best bed of our budget hotels this trip. Worth the rate.

Traveling to pick up parts. Arrived Friday night. Easy to find. Plenty of eating places nearby. Hotel a little ran down and not very clean. The bed was hard.

This was our second stay at Amber Inn. It was horrible! First night bedding was stained on one bed and on the other beds the bedding didn't fit so it came off as we were sleeping. 2nd night asked for new bedding that fit and wasn't stained and we got 2 beds that the bedding somewhat fit but had BLOOD stains on them and one had a burn hole in it. Hello Non Smoking room! The twin bed NEVER had the right size bedding on it so it always came off as we were sleeping. Breakfast was gross and cold! Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else!

It was a good stay for a good price. The ac was cold, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. Very good.

This is an older hotel, that needs lots of updating. The mattress was new and comfy. The person who checked me in was great, but the morning person was not helpful/friendly, or anything at all. He acted like answering questions or helping someone was a pain. I probably won't stay here again, or recommend it to anyone.

Outside of building does not look the best, but inside was fairly up to date and clean. Room was clean pleasant, no funky odors. Free breakfast was okay, better than nothing. Great pizza joint across the parking lot, so that was a bonus

For the price it was great. It is an older building but it is was clean and the service was great.

This room was adequate for my stay for one night. The room was clean and quiet. TV service was poor, lots of static, but I only had time to catch the news in the morning so it wasn't a big deal. Bed was a little too firm for my liking. Parking lot was easy access. Continental breakfast was good.
