This was a very Safe and pleasant stay. Staff was naturally friendly and hotel was very clean. I highly recommend especially if you are traveling solo.

The elevator was not working. Although we were close to the 2nd floor door, staff had to carry stuff up the stairs. The 2nd floor is under remodeling and has been for some time. I should have been told online of the issue's mentioned.

After paying for our room and given keys to our room on the third floor (room 301), we were advised that the elevators were not working and we were directed to the stairs. We learned later that the elevators had been out of service for about a week, and we were never notified of this. We are in our 70s and climbing stairs are difficult, especially when carrying luggage, but it was too late to get another reservation. The carpet was filthy and looked like ground in dirt. I would never recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast. Most attentive kitchen worker I've ever seen. Staff was helpful.

Would have rated it much better except for A/C that didn't cycle (blew all the time), no internet (said they were changing providers). a shower head turned so that you had to shower against the back wall of the shower, and a power cord that could not be plugged in because of a bend blade.

Under construction so still needs work, a lot of outside noise I could hear main phone ringing in my room. Jacuzzi not working.
