Clean and friendly staff.

Our room was great, plenty of space and comfortable bed. The bathroom had plenty of counter space and big enough for two people to use.

Room was nice, a/c worked, and nice staff. Informed at check in that elevator out of order. Wished bathroom had hooks to hang towels and bathroom fan. A/c had leak first night and was taken care by next day. Over all good stay.

The host Stephanie was very friendly and helpful,made my hotel experience away from home more pleasurable. On a business trip or just in the area, i would recommend the laquinta.

TERRIBLE breakfast. Hashbrown looked like it was from last week. The night shift person told me they had no rooms to accommodate me downstairs to try somewhere else. Their elevators were broken my entire stay. I had my baby with me and this was probably the worse hotel experience I’ve ever experienced. Dirty, smelled like mold. Went to days inn and the experience was totally different. If I didn’t have my little one I would have stayed there !!!

First of all, they only had one room ready for my reservation, when my reservation was for two rooms. The elevator was out and they put us on the second floor. Three in our group have physical limitations and we had to carry our luggage upstairs. This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The floors haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. When we entered our room, we found a dorito chip and candy wrapper on the floor. The floors were filthy, the bedside table had sticky residue on it and the sheets were dingy and dirty.

This place is HORRIBLE! I would have rather slept in my car in the parking lot. From the moment we walked through the front door I knew we were in trouble. The first thing we saw was an “under renovation” sign on the front door. I immediately knew it would be a disaster (and it was), we check in and walked up to our room, the elevator was not working…my husband who has had 2 knee replacements had to walk down a long hallway and up 2 flights of stairs. We got to the room door. The 1st room we had the door wouldn’t open, so I had to go back down and ask for another room. The lady at the front desk gave me a key to the room next to the one we couldn’t enter. We open the door thinking “ok, maybe its not so bad after all” but we were quickly taken aback when my husband sat on the couch with black pants on dog hair was EVERY…I started sneezing my husband had to go to store to find me some meds in order for me to breathe/sleep (up and down the stairs he had to go again with bad knees) on top of all the going on the bedding was HORRENDOUS, DISGUSTING it is so bad i truly question how they are still in business. Taking advantage of ppl because they have no other options. Where is the pride of cleanliness and customer service. I am highly disappointed and will never stay at another LaQuinta because of this horrible experience and I will encourage I know to do the same. DO NOT STAY HERE! The entire building is dirty from the floors, walls, lobby furniture, all the doors and glass you see is disgustingly dirty. Sleep in the car…bring blankets and food.

Two different rooms both with mold. Loud guests. Broken elevator for multiple days requiring to carry babies and luggage up three flights of stairs. Felt unsafe due to propped exterior doors and broken locks.
