Very nice experience. Good location and ambience. Room was luxurious and very comfy. Staff Palmy, Ben and Bowy were extra courteous to make my check in experience a smooth ride. They even gave me welcome souvenir. Overall 10/ 10

We had an excellent stay at this property, in the elite concept junior suite with pool. Design wise this place is fun! Its bright and different, sime would say brave - but it works! The room is spacious and modern design with a integrated bathroom, wardrobe and storage space that is wonderful. We were in the gold pool section which was quiet and the pool is lovely. Especially so at night. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant - it is a bit more expensive for drinks than outside, but i think you have to expect that. Importantly of the staff everywhere were very friendly, professional and accommodating all of the time - great work. And the buggy service is excellent. The only thing i would improve is breakfast only slightly, it is varied for international markets - but it would be good to see scrambled eggs and bacon as a choice for western markets.

The pool was the best, breakfast was nice and a good variety, check-in and out were smooth with no problems.

The pool bar price is a bit high for a small can of beer.

Currently staying at this resort. Positives, rooms are great, TV not so much due to channel selection but good internet. Resort staff are very friendly especially Boss by the pool and the lads at reception that drive the golf buggies. Ladies at reception and the manager Rose have been great. Negatives breakfast isn't the best and it looks like they don't do bacon. Coffee is that bad that we leave the resort and buy it from a little shop just outside the resort. Breakfast seems to be western unfriendly. Food and drink prices are ridiculous at the pool bar that's why they are empty. Lower your prices and people will eat and drink more at your resort. False economy i'm afraid, charge less, sell more. This seems to have a big impact on the atmosphere at the resort. None existing. Today listened to the same Mexican song on repeat for over an hour at the pool bar. No one noticed due to no one sitting at the pool bar. This place could be so much better if above was addressed as location is great, staff are great. Lower your prices to keep people in your resort instead of them going 5 minutes down the road as it's over 60% cheaper to eat and drink.
