"4 Star Hotlel with 5 star staff."

Stayed here with my wife for 8 nights during April'26.This is the summer season, so be prepared for hot days during this month.We had a lovely Junior suite which was very comfortable.It had a separate spacious area for a bathroom, toilet, shower and wardrobes.Nice big TV BUT the channels very limited…especially anything in English.(Also..Be aware that housekeeping gets done late in the day ..sometimes after 5.00pm !) Hotel staff were very good but the Outstanding person who impressed us the most was "Fhun". She works in the Amethyst restaurant and was amazing. Her attentiveness and courteous approach was infectious and the smile she had was so sincere.The food for breakfast was plentiful and huge highlights were the dinners at the Amethyst and Moon Terrace Rooftop restaurants. Plentiful plates of food that was cooked to perfection by Chef Mos. There isn't a great deal to do here but swimming by the two pools, playing on the single ping pong table, going to the gym and going to the Spa.We had a 1 hour massage each which was very disappointing .The lady really didn’t stretch our bodies or even our muscles to feel we had any type of manipulation done to ourselves !! I felt the same afterwards as I did going in ! Staying in Kata is away from Patong which can be good or bad.There is a “Smart” bus which costs 100Baht each to go anywhere along the coastal road right upto the airport and return.That’s excellent value if leaving the airport or going there. There is also a local blue bus “Songthaew” which goes to Phuket Town and Central Market for 50 Baht each, but is pretty run down but understandably cheap too.Overall I would classify hotel as 4 star with 5 star staff .

This is one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in. From the rooms to the landscape, you will not want to leave. The pool is absolutely incredible! The drinks were delicious and a fair price. Breakfast had a variety of yummy choices. Our private villa was incredible! The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful. Overall, excellent stay!

Wahnsinns Pool, zieht sich 600 m durch die gesamte Anlage, es wird durchgehend ein Shuttle runter zur Hauptstraße und kann aber auch laufen und ist in 5 Minuten unten
