Modern, clean and a beautiful hotel. The swimming pools are huge. Great gym and breakfast is very good too

Nothing been twice now

We recently stayed here for two weeks whilst we explored the local area and can’t fault anything about this hotel. What can I say this hotel is wonderful. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant and also in the moon terrace was always of a great standard. The hotel grounds were kept spotless and the pool was a highlight. We stayed in both parts of the hotel during our stay. For the first week we stayed in the older part which had more of a tropical feel and style and then we moved to the elite side which has a more modern and luxurious feel. Our room overlooked the gold pool and we had stairs leading down to it which we loved! You have everything you need in your room robes slippers flip flops and beach bags and also they provide you with water daily. The hotel offers a service to take you to the main road outside the hotel and also a shuttle to the beach. We didn’t use the beach shuttle and only used the buggy to the road a few times but they seemed like a frequent service. The hotel for us was in a great location to explore. The local kata area has many great restaurants nearby, the street food market and also some good shopping and the beach is really near. We found it an excellent base to explore further afield and did many different trips during our stay. We would normally never come back to the same area and the same hotel as there are so many places that we have never been BUT we would definitely come back to this hotel and area as it was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

Шикарный большой номер! Нам повезло его урвать в высокий сезон за недорого, опять же это относительно цен в принципе Все продумано до мелочей. Понравился

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as part of a 3 centre package. Overall our stay was very enjoyable, the hotel has a lot to recommend it. Our check in gave a poor first impression. The lobby area is small and quite noisy. It was a busy time with guest checking in and out, the receptionist was interrupted several times whilst trying you check us in. Information about the hotel is all given to you at this time, restaurant opening times etc. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable and aur con very effective. We had a 2nd floor room, so no direct pool access. The food in the restaurant was very good. Large selection at breakfast. Half board was from a limited menu and adequate selection for our short stay. I would have liked the option to have a credit towards items of the main menu as an alternative. What I found the most disappointing thing about this hotel was the lack of outside sunbathing areas. A small tiered area in the modern section, a larger area in the Elite side. Having said that, inthe limited time we stayed in the hotel, we did manage to get a lounger. The beautiful beach is not far away and much nicer to spend the day there. All staff were friendly and helpful and I would happily stay again but not for a long period.
