Modern in a good location

Nothing really a little updating here and there The pool sunbathing area is very small for the size of the hotel. It really needs some additional space like a garden area as an alternative The beach shuttle needs to run more regularly They refuse to diversify from their set times

We checked into the hotel with our daughter, and we didn't like a small detail. We went to the reception and asked for a different room. The receptionist, Kookkik Chani, quickly resolved our issue, and we were given a room that suited us perfectly. The hotel offers delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, and well-maintained rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at super cool and fun hotel. New, clean, well taken care of. Our room was great, spacious rooms with excess to pool. We loved the quality of the food for breakfast - plenty of variation, and something new each day. Good quality of food, fresh and amazing staff. There is a buggy to the Main Street and also taxi to the beach 3 times per day. The area is great, waking distance to the Main Street with all the restaurants and buzz, but still away for the peace. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a very modernistic style hotel, with an unusual design. The rooms are spacious and kept reasonably clean. Many of the swim up rooms don’t get any sunlight. We got round this by sunbathing by the pool in the morning and seeking shade on our balcony in the afternoon, but it was still disappointing. We mentioned this on our first day, but no alternative became available during our two week stay. Mosquitoes were a real problem and seemed resistant to even the strongest insect repellents. The design of the hotel makes it difficult for the hotel to employ smoking out techniques round the foliage. The balcony chairs were hard wood and really uncomfortable. The food was good, but drinks were expensive, especially the wine.

Lovely hotel with excellent breakfast. Stayed on the more traditional side of the hotel with lots of greenery. Bar staff excellent and even took my first ever yoga class which was excellent as well (thank you Boss). Has air conditioned gym, and you can hire out motorised board to travel around the winding Swimming pool. 24/7 shuttle service to main road via golf carts, just call the dedicated phone by the massage place to come back if late. Would recommend.

THE STAFF DID A GREAT JOB. Natcha, Fiw, Ae, Pamly, they are excellent workers.

Stayed at Metadee for 14 nights and it is an amazing hotel. The staff are so kind friendly and helpful, Ko Ko and Pecht are two amazing people so helpful and gave us the warmest welcome and always went out their way to help us and make us feel welcome, the accomadation was amazing on a different level to what we are used to, the food and service was also amazing the first time I have enjoyed every single breakfast, the room was massive and the set up was really good with the swim up pool, I found all the staff on a different level in how respectful they are something so very rare in this day and age. The little touches like the free buggy to the entrance there and back is very good, even how polite the security gaurds are shocked me, The Thailand people are so polite and their values are second to none, respect to them all. A great hotel the room service was also amazing . We both didnt want to leave it truly felt a different world, Ko Ko and Pecht was always so happy and welcoming made us feel we had help and also friends. Thank you Metadee for the memories .

המלון מרגיש מאוד מפנק ואפשר להעביר בו ימים שלמים. הצוות זמין לכל בקשה ועניין. יש מסעדת רופטופ מהממת לשקיעה, ראיתי תלונות על זה שהשאטלים לרחוב הראשי לוקחים זמן אבל אף פעם לא חיכינו יותר מ2 דקות. ממש נגיש ונוח ומביאים לרחוב הראשי שיש בו הכל

היה לנו נזילה באמבטיה בחדר וכל פעם בא איש צוות אמר שנפתר ולא נפתר, סך הכל ניסו מאוד להתאמץ לעזור אבל רק יום למחרת העבירו אותנו חדר וציפיתי שזה יקרה יותר מהר עם פחות טרטורים. בנוסף בחדר שעברנו הבריכה הייתה מלוכלכת (היינו עם יציאה לבריכה), למרות שאיך שביקשתי ניקו ישר
