"Overvurderet hotel"

Vi synes det var overvurderet og for dyrt i forhold til hvad man fik for pengene.

Servicen generelt samt at det var så ustruktureret, morgen maden var heller ikke god.

Nous avions réservé une chambre suite avec terrasse et très gentiment le personnel nous a surclassé dans une villa avec piscine privée. Le service est au top le lit était très confortable. Tout était parfait.

Красивый, новый отель. Есть круглосуточная доставка багги от поворота с улицы до лобби. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый, стараются сделать все на высшем уровне.

Холодный бассейн. В золотой зоне очень холодно, т.к солнце не попадает практически. Плохие завтраки, невкусно, практически все острое. Кофе отвратительный

הכל מהכל בריכה צוות אוכל מרחק מהחוף 10 דקות הליכה המלון דואג להוריד בקלאבקאר עד לרחוב הראשי ולהעלות את האורחים. 3 פעמים ביום מקפיצים לחוף קאטה המסעדות טעימות עם מגוון של אוכל ארוחת בוקר מגוונת אבל לישראלים זה מעט בעייתי אבל יש מה לאכול. כל הצוותים גם בלובי, בריכה, ההסעות, כולם חביבים ומבינים בקיצור מלון מדהים בטוח שאחזור אליו בלי ספק לקחתי חדר ג'וניור עם גישה לבריכה ממש ממליצה בחום.🩷

"Beautiful resort, great location and lots of pools."

The facilities were very nice and beautiful. The pools looked lovely in the lighting in the evening. The room was just like in the pictures and very clean. Loved the closet/bathroom. Great gym at the hotel and even some aerobic classes. Staff was friendly and I felt quite safe in the area since the hotel had good security. It was a short walk to the beach and to the nearest 7/11 so it was at a great location. Lots of good restaurants close by.

There were a lot of Russian tourists who were quite a disturbance at the resort with being rude and reserving spots at the pool area. Also there was a bigger group of Asians who had their own party at the pool and they were super noisy and during the night they were throwing up at the floors near the elevators which wasn’t as pleasant. Although it was the quests who caused the negative experiences it still took away from the whole resort in itself when I expected to relax and enjoy the sun.
