Megasaray Resort Side

We stayed 4 nights in Megasaray. The buffet food exceeded our expectations and was delicious, offering both Turkish and international options. The staff was nice and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and spacious. The live music in the evening was nice and well-organized, bringing the whole hotel together to party (until 23.00). The beach was very close (a 5-minute walk) with the option to have drinks and food there (fantastic). A big thank you to Aizhan from the Guest Relations office with helping us out with any issues or enquiries!

The spa area could be improved. The temperature is not high enough, and no water to pour on the stones. Felt a bit forgotten (which is fine if you are there for the beach). The gym area is great though, offering good equipment and space.

Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü, fiyat performans açısından uygun. Can kurtarıcı çocuk gözümün önünde neydeyse boğulacak küçük bir çocuğu çıkarttı havuzdan. Mert galiba ismi, cin gibi çocuk. Asansörlerde sorun vardı 2 tanesi arızalıydı ve tamir galiba zaman aldı. Ama iyi bir otel genel olarak.

Excellent facility’s, quality of all the food was very good, all the staff very helpful , and there was always staff available, entertainment was of a good quality in an evening the all inclusive was of a very high standard.

Nothing all very good

Good balance between area size, sea proximity, services, maintenance and price - excellent value. Areas for improvement: - There were some small sharp metal objects in the sand on the beach - rare, but dangerous. It might help to use metal detector during maintenance. - Dining options are great. However, there might be a breakfast option for these arriving/leaving between 2am and 7am.

All about what they are offering.. They are highly skilled ,qualified on hospitality and management.

Nothing at all

The property has a nice area of the restaurant and nice walk to the hotel beach.

The rooms which are facing same side as restaurant has smell of food if you keep the door open. Food in the restaurant is same every day.

Love the Resort. Variety of Food and Restaurants. Access to the Beautiful Beach was very close to the pools area. The shows during the night was Excellent! I have to much Fun dancing, singing and drinking from the bar which is in the same area. They have many areas to take good pictures. The lobby is nice with bar and piano, also they have few stores inside of the hotel. You have an area where you can pay and have your hair and nails done, also a body massage. All was perfect. Rooms was big with balcony, the only negative point is that the air conditioning from the room don't was cool enough. I went with my sister and best friend and we will like to back again.

As usual, amazing staff, great facilities, food, sports availability, the weather and value for money

I am a no-frills guy so unless there is a dead rat in my hotel room, I cannot fault anything

Wasn’t definitely the feeling of a 5 star hotel.
