Megasaray Resort Side

The hotel’s design is very nice and modern, I like the interior of the inside space very much. The location is good, near the lake, and you can jogging in the mornings around. The staff at the reception and cleaning personal are nice and professional. The swimming pools are big enough and clean.

The personal in restaurant ( not waiters) seems often a bit tired, not enjoying their work at all, which makes feeling some inconvenience. It ‘s difficult to get folks and knifes again, if they were being taken away. The food assortment is good, it could be more fruits. The beach is too small for such a big hotel, the places on the beach are too close. The restaurant on the beach is very nice, you can have there good quality a-lacarte. The music is a bit annoying during the day, it could play not so loudly.

Les repas sont froid. Le wc de la chambre jamais nettoyé . Transat de plage très très sales.

AC did not work at all in the room, we contacted the front desk several times and every time they gave us different answers on why it was not working. Food was okay. No iron in the room.

Location is great, the food is ok

It's a strange consept hotel: there are a lot of children there, but during the DJ evenings music is so loud (90 DB) that I can't imagine how it is compatible with family stay? The reception: not friendly ( there were some exceptions). If you asked them about something they talked to each other in Turkish, many times I felt that they were discussing me and laughing about me. In the room there was a mold smell and my mother got a astma attack and the 9 months baby had a trouble breathing, no refund , nothing. at this price range there are a lot of hotels nearby

Good value for money The beach is little bit further than I am used to but little exercise during vacation won’t hurt.)) Staff is mostly friendly, sometimes tired looking or agitated (massage and shop sellers …little pushy)

The pool facilities were nice and clean, the food can be better, the brasserie though was very very good!! love the grilled fish and a lot vegetables everyday!

Some restaurants at the hotel and beach are closed during our stay! the cleaning of the room could be better and cleaning of the tables at the main restaurant could be better aswell ex. Wipe properly every time someone is done..

Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel, das von sehr freundlichem Personal lebt. Zimmer mit komfortabler Ausstattung. Minibar wurde leider nur gelegentlich nachgefüllt. Großes Manko: viel zu wenige Tische zum Frühstück und Abendessen draußen. Wenn man erst wenige Minuten nach Öffnung des Restaurants kam, waren keine Plätze mehr verfügbar. Essen solide, aber nichts besonderes. Negativ fielen die ca. 90 % russischen Gäste auf. Teller wurden überladen, Buffet geplündert, die Hälfte hinterher weggeworfen. Sehr positiv die Aquabar- super leckere Cocktails und nettes Personal.
