We like all the equipment about swim very much!the food is amazing !everyday is different food which is not bored even we stay over 10 days!one more thing about photography,I spend big money on it but we got great pictures!thanks for the qualification photographer!they are so patient and even some misunderstanding but they try them best to sort out which is great!i think we will definitely come back!

Megasaray resort side is definitely not a 5* hotel as soon as you walk in everything looks perfect until you actually get to your room and see the facilites 90 percent of the reception staff can not speak even basic english and i found some of the reception staff very rude i asked for an iron sent to my room they said no i have to pay for cleaning service the rooms smelt of cigarettes after i stated i need a none smoking room due to my sons asthma then there was a problem with the balcony door not locking which we didnt feel safe so we asked can it be fixed they sent someone up who then confirmed he could not fix it we then asked to be moved which they said to us impossible because they have no rooms available i know this is a lie because hotels always keep spare rooms for emergencys it took 2 days in to finally get moved the spa area had a horrendous smell like sewege water so i did not use spa i normally stay in rixos tekirova now that hotel is a 5* never had an issue at rixos tekirova and i will never stay at Megasaray resort side again also expedia need to state it is not a 5* hotel because they are charging people as if it is and it is nothing like a 5* there has been many more issues with this hotel it really does need a revamp to be called a 5 star hotel

That was our 2nd Visit to Megasaray Resort Side, this time we were with our whole family. It was renewed and everything was beautiful. Very good for the price. The food and service were also great. The Receptionist Girl Mine was very polite and helpful, also she recognised us from last year and she upgraded our room to sea view, it was surprising. We really love the Hotel and accommodation, we’ll come to this hotel next year again!!!

Very good hotel. All clean, food is very delicious and very wide choice. A lot of fruits. Sea is 7 minutes walk, very nice and warm. A lot of bars and restaurants everywhere. Room is cleaned every day. All was pretty good. I can recommend the hotel.

On the surface hotel looks ok, some areas are recently refurbished, handful of staff members were helpful.

The management is unbelievably rude, and the customer service is non-existent. We found huge cockroaches in our room, and when we asked to be moved to a different room, the management refused, even though another room was available and we witnessed number of people checking out from the hotel on that night. Initially, we were shown an alternative room, but after I mentioned I needed to discuss it with my family due to the lack of beds, this option was suddenly removed within ten minutes. To make matters worse, they sprayed our room with chemicals while we were still inside, despite my concerns about health issues that would make it impossible for us to sleep there afterward. The hotel manager was extremely rude, even shouting at me in front of children, saying, "I haven't bought the hotel, and he has other guests to look after." His behaviour was unprofessional and threatening, and he kept changing his story, leaving us with nowhere to sleep. In the end, we were left with no choice but to find another hotel at our own expense. The manager didn't care whether we slept in the lobby or went back to the contaminated room. This experience was beyond unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

ROOMS: big and clean enough, bed is comfy, mini bar is filled up daily with drinks and it is free, air conditioning works perfectly, room and cleaning services are also good. The amenities are as expected, with regular towel changes and a good Wifi connection, even outside. POOLS: the hotel has more pools for adults and kids,two with water slides. They were clean, and the water temperature was nice. There are programs every day in the pool near the slides. The slides operate from 10-12h and between 14-17h. Closing at 19h. FOOD: all-inclusive ultra, means daily breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant, they have some fast food at the beach, ice cream, coffee bars and bars with snack all day. Plenty of variety in the food choices, a separate grill island and about 15% of options changing every day, the rest was more or less the same. You can sit indoors and outdoors, there are a lot of tables. In the bars you can have a lot of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic ones. Patisserie every day until 20h with nice options. SERVICES: Wellness area with massage, sauna, steam bath and Turkish bath, showers. Fitness studio with some basic equipments, Hair dresser, small shop for the basic holiday needs from slippers to sunscreen, doctor's office, photo services, etc. Various programs for kids and adults with entertainment, and music every day. STAFF: very kind and open, helpful for every inquiry or request, they were really caring about us so thank for all the staff from here. :) There is a separate guest relation desk which is available until midnight, the girls were kind and helpful. We were absolutely satisfied with the programs and the girls in the Kids Klub, they loved the children and vice versa. BEACH: every hotel has a beach section, in our case - as the hotel is located a bit back its not a direct access, but 200m walk is also nothing. At the beach as mentioned before you have also eating and drinking options.

NOISE: the music at all the programs is extremely loud, and if you are right there at the pool or at the stage/ amphitheater it is disturbing and forced me to go away. As I saw its common in Turkey so if you want a quiet place do not go to a beach hotel. FOOD: the allergic ingredients are not really displayed well and mixed up, the staff is not aware of it and not really understands you so you have to find the chef for infos, but he was always open to help. They are using widely milk and butter, so for us with milk protein allergy it was a restriction of choices. They don't have plant based milk, but the guest relation helped us and provided us when asking, that was professional. For vegans its hard to find anything for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner it was better as there were more options, like salads, hummus, couscous, onion rings, etc. To sum up it is a great and typical holiday hotel, so do not expect a quiet relaxation, but rather active days to enjoy.
