"Lovely overnight stay - definitely no complaints!"

We chose the White Horse Inn when heading to Suffolk to view a car. It was situated a couple of miles away from the sellers address so was ideal for us. We didn't expect it to be as nice as it was, the pictures don't really do it justice. From the initial first impression (very good) it continued to impress with great food and a friendly bar area in the evening, to the well appointed, comfortable room and the tasty, timely breakfast in the morning. The only criticism I can give is that, for me personally, the pillows on the bed in room 9 were lumpy and gave me a bit of a sore neck. I'm sure it's not a universal thing and it really is scraping the barrel to come up with that minor criticism! Overall it was fantastic and I'd recommend it to anyone considering a stay in the area. Thanks

"A nice and comfortable stay "

I notified the hotel of my late arrival but when I arrived the establishment was locked up, it took 20 minutes for someone to open the door and I was on the verge of trying to find somewhere else to stay. When I got into my room, it was fine and the breakfast was great. I would stay again as it was a lovely place.
