Heritage Hotel Kaštelet

All the staff were kind and helpful just a few times there was nobody at reception and they were hard to find. We stay at the beginning of September and the beach that is right outside the hotel was extremely crowded. The parking situation was very inconvenient, every time we wanted to drive out or drive in we had to ask the receptionist and then the receptionist would have to ask the staff at the other hotel to unlock the gate. It just took a lot of time and was pretty annoying. The kitchen staff were nice, the breakfast was not so good and the lunch was not good at all. The room was clean and pretty good and the bed was comfortable. All in all we had to pay for parking on top of our stay cost and the parking sucked, the picture that the property showed makes it look a lot more secluded it’s not like that at all, the town is very crowded, lots of people and kids. It’s pretty much connected to another hotel, Bluesun Hotel Alga, and the hotel has lots of families. Heritage Hotel Kaštelet is way too expensive for the quality.

Everything was excellent. It’s really nice and relaxing, right on beach. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We had a good time and great vacation. Looking forward to visit them soon.

Piękne i wyjątkowe miejsce,parę metrów do plaży,jezeli ktoś chce odpocząć w przytulnym,małym hotelu ,to bardzo polecam. Personel bardzo sympatyczny,a pani Hava jest super!

Ein wunderbarer Sommerurlaub im Hotel Heritage Residenz Kastelet, Tučepi Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, einem der Juwelen der Adria, hat bei uns einen äußerst positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir angenehm überrascht vom ausgezeichneten Service und dem herzlichen Umgang mit den Gästen. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir Frau Hava an der Rezeption aussprechen, die mit einem Lächeln und viel Geduld jedes Anliegen oder mögliche Problem auf die bestmögliche Weise gelöst hat. Die architektonische Verbindung des Gebäudes aus dem frühen 19. Jahrhundert mit den modernen Linien des Interieurs und Exterieurs, ergänzt durch einen wunderschönen Innenhof, verleiht diesem Hotel einen besonderen Charme und eine ruhige Atmosphäre, in der wir vollkommen entspannen und bei einem Glas guten dalmatinischen Weins genießen konnten. Hervorheben möchten wir besonders die À-la-carte-Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen, die uns echte Intimität ermöglichte – im Gegensatz zu einem manchmal endlosen und chaotischen Selbstbedienungsbuffet. Všetko bolo super čo sa týka hotela fakt kvalitná služba za super cenu . Raňajky a la carte vas dostanu vau :

Bohužial tento hotel sa nachádza vo veľmi rušnej oblasti veľa turistov a hlavne pláž je totálne preplnená ľuďmi v sezóne na to pozor !!!! Kľud tam určite nehľadajte !!!!!
