Ambijent fantastičan , lokacija top do same plaze , osoblje izuzetno ljubazno - od presimpaticne Hame na recepciji do svih konobara i ostalog osoblja - svi se trude ispuniti vaše želje . Definitivno ćemo ponoviti ipreporuciti!!!🥰

Das Frühstück war gut, die Rezeptionistin (Hava) sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr charmant und stillvoll eingerichtet, das Zimmer hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick und die Lage ist perfekt. 10/10

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm, allerdings war der Service beim Frühstück leider wiederholt unprofessionell. Bestellungen wurden vergessen oder nicht korrekt gebracht, und das Personal wirkte teilweise genervt. Besonders schade war, dass meine Bestellungen auf Bosnisch mehrfach angeblich "nicht verstanden" wurden (nur bei 2 Mitarbeitern der Fall gewesen was es noch persönlicher macht)– etwas, das mir sonst noch nie passiert ist, insbesondere nicht in dieser Region in der ich schon sehr oft war und nie Verständnisprobleme hatte. Das hat den ansonsten positiven Gesamteindruck leider etwas getrübt.

This is the best hotel we have ever been to in Tučepi Everything is so close by. The Hotel has everything you need, and the proximity to the beach is amazing. But the best thing are people at the reception Hava and Marko. Unbelievably helpful with anything you might need. There is not a single thing that this Hotel needs to add and improve on.

That I had to leave

The building is absolutely stunning—you can feel its history and charm the moment you arrive. There’s so much character, and it really deserves more care and attention. The building is absolutely beautiful—you can feel its history and charm throughout. It deserves real appreciation and care. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety and fresh options. Our room had a lovely, modern design that fit well with the historic setting. Housekeeping was okay, no complaints there. And a big thank you to Hava at reception—she was incredibly kind and professional, and made us feel very welcome.

Our room was unfortunately located right next to the server room, and the constant noise made it difficult to relax or sleep properly. There weren’t enough loungers on the beach, and the area felt crowded. It was also disappointing that both parking and beach loungers had to be paid extra. Most of the staff seemed disinterested, which really contrasted with the beauty of the place. This historic building deserves more warmth and attention from the team working there.
