Heritage Hotel Kaštelet

Sve pohvale za Hotel Kaštelet, objekat se nalazi direkt na moru i predivna lokacija za goste koji traze mir. Sam vanjski izgled hotela daje romantican prizor, tako reci idealan za parove. Unutrasnjost hotela (sobe) su ok i higijena je na visokom nivou. Hrana je za svaku preporuku i osoblje restorana je veoma ljubazno i uvijek na usluzi. Takodjer usluga hotela , kao i recepcija su uvijek na raspolaganju. Sve preporuke i vidimo se na godinu opet.

Kastelet Hotel I thought long and hard about this review and wanted to give travellers that haven’t yet been an honest review. The hotel by appearance and its position is beautiful however, what the photos don’t show you at front of the hotel, there is the walkway and then the beach. The first thing that was obvious is that you have to pay for the cheap, not comfortable sunbeds each day €28 for 2, (if paid for at the hotel) which is quite an amount over a stay. Please do not expect a nice sandy beach anywhere in Croatia, there are only pebbled beaches in Croatia. Narrow strips of pebble beaches and I have honestly never seen so many people cram into those small spaces. There were two outstanding hotel staff Stefan and Nenad, we can’t sing their praises enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We found it quite bizarre although we stayed at the hotel for 7 days, staff addressed us like they had never met us before even after a few days and quite honestly didn’t recognise us as hotel guests. Some of the staffs mannerisms were quite abrupt. We asked for an iron which to us is not an unusual request when staying in an hotel, especially 4 star and we were just told the only option was to pay for laundry. We were in a standard room 120. The room itself was quite lovely for a standard room however, you wouldn’t have wanted to open the windows as the hotel next-door is extremely noisy and not attractive at all to look onto. The hotel breakfast was a treat. It is the first time we have stayed in a hotel that served a range of food together, served to your table. We would much rather prefer to pick from a buffet style, it was quite overwhelming the amount of food that came together. On the first night we arrived at the hotel I asked for a cocktail which was delivered and beautiful. The second night to sixth night I was told there were no cocktails, just bizarre! Then on the seventh night a separate cocktail bar appeared!

Amazing hotel on the beach. It’s really on the beach. There is only a pedestrian road between the hotel and the beach. Hava and Marco in the reception were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel offers everything you might need, wonderful restaurant, the quality of breakfast, very clean hotel. The restaurant team is absolutely amazing. There is not a single thing that this Hotel needs to add and improve on. We will return to this Hotel again.

Hotel je lijepo uređen. Ekipa hotela s recepcije je top. Marko najjaci lik😎 Terasa lijepa. Dorucak odlican.🥓🍳 Kokteli super🍸🍹 Ručnici za plazu i ležaljke sa suncobranom.

Soba je mogla bit čišća. Kupaona takodjer. Terasa gleda na pročišćivače bazena drugog hotel, ne na park kao sto je predstavljeno. Jastuci neudobni. Klimatizacija nije 100 posto ispravna, te mini bar prazan. Parking ok, no smatram da bi mogao bit uključen u cijenu s obzirom na cijenu noćenja. Nema nekih sadrzaja koje bi hotel posebno ponudio.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr leckerem Frühstück! Will man nicht in ein großes Hotel oder Apartment, ist man hier genau richtig. Das Hotel ist wunderschön renoviert und hat einen tollen Charme. Der Innenhof ist traumhaft und einzigartig. Dort kann man Ruhe finden, wenn man es braucht. Ich finde es ist eines der schönsten Hotels in der Gegend. Es hebt sich von allen anderen klar ab. Die Lage etwas außerhalb und doch nicht zu weit weg war ideal. Perfekt war auch der Parkplatz, der gleich beim Hotel war und für 9 Euro pro Tag zu mieten war. Man bekam einen Parkplatz für den gesamten Aufenthalt zugewiesen (Schlüssel mit Schloss für den Parkbügel inklusive). Man konnte also jederzeit wegfahren, da der Parkplatz sowieso mit dem Parkbügel versperrt war. Unsere Ankunft im Hotel hätte nicht besser sein können. Die liebenswerte und humorvolle Rezeptionistin Hava hat uns herzlichst empfangen. Uns wurde ein sehr kleines Standard Zimmer mit Balkon auf der Rückseite des Hotels zugewiesen. Auf die Frage, ob ein größes Zimmer verfügbar ist, hat sich Hava sehr bemüht und am nächsten Tag konnten wir in ein größeres Standard Zimmer ohne Balkon umziehen. Da haben wir uns dann sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind zwar relativ einfach, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Die täuschend echte Steinwand mit den beiden Hängeleuchten wertet es doch wieder etwas auf und schafft eine gute Atmosphäre (ist aber nicht in jedem Zimmer). Das a la carte Frühstück ist hervorzuheben, da es sich vom Standard komplett abhebt. Tolle Kombination, gute Qualität und viel Auswahl. Man kann sich durch probieren und muss nicht jeden Tag das selbe essen. Vor allem ist ein a la carte Frühstück so entspannt im Urlaub. Keine lärmenden Menschenmegen am Buffet in einem großen Hotel. Ich habe diesen Frühstücksservice jedenfalls sehr genossen. Abschließend möchte ich die Rezeptionistin Hava noch mal hervorheben, da sie so extrem bemüht ist, dass alles passt für jeden Gast. Die Liegen und der Sonnenschirm sind leider pro Tag extra zu bezahlen und nicht im Hotelpreis inkludiert. Das sind 28 Euro pro Tag für 2 Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm. Das ist schon ein stolzer Preis! Es gibt hier auch leider sehr freche Touristen, die nicht vom Hotel sind und sich gemütlich dort hinlegen und nichts bezahlen. Es wird zwar vom Hotelpersonal kontrolliert, aber viel zu wenig. Man kommt sich dann schon verarscht vor, wenn man selber 28 Euro am Tag zahlt und daneben machen sich die Schmarotzer breit. Hier muss viel öfter kontrolliert werden. Es sind eh meistens die selben frechen Touristen gewesen. Der Liegebereich ist direkt am Strand vorm Hotel. Weiteres ist Tucepi im August von Touristen nur so überflutet! Will man es etwas ruhiger, muss man im Frühling oder Herbst kommen.
