Front desk service was great thank you Miss Angela. And the food was awesome a little pricey, but still awesome.

Not having extra towels and washcloths in the room and no refrigerators are microwave

"It was not a good experience all the way around. We will NOT be returning to the Fitz"

The bed was horribly uncomfortable, didn’t sleep well all 3 nights. We only encountered 1 staff member that was pleasant, the rest were down right rude! There was not even one thing that I could say good about this place.
