Casino on site easy access

No internet in room, explanation was this was a constant problem for rooms at the end of this floor. No fix had to go to the lobby to do anything online. The bed was hard as a rock.

When checking in I felt as if I didn't even want to be acknowledged the customer service made you feel as if ugh why are you here and that was a horrible feeling being my birthday room stunk toilet was broken sticky something was on floors king bed with 2 of the smallest pillows I ever seen and ice machine broken had to go to first floor just a horrible birthday

Everything that I just mentioned in last question i have been in hotel hospitality for 24 yes and never would have treated a guest like this
