The availability.

The front desk manager was rude & fail to treat all the guest the same. She informed certain guests on information and was dismissive of others. The staff in uniform was professional.

"It was still a nice stay."

It was at the casino.

Room was dirty, the latch on the door frame was falling off, I tightened it, I had to pick up on the door for the dead bolt to work and the toilet seat was loose. The other room was also dirty the security lock was broken.
