Delano Homestead Bed and Breakfast

The whole experience was wonderful. Tracy was super communicative and an excellent host. My friend and I had booked a room with a queen bed but she opened a room with two singles for us so that we could have our own beds. When we mentioned our day trip to Nantucket, she helped look up ferry tickets to make sure we knew what time we had to leave in the morning. She was also able to recommend some local spots to eat, which we appreciated and dined at. The BnB is such a beautiful space and the location was perfect for our needs as well.

This is a wonderful Inn, with an important and very interesting history. The Delano Homestead is a national treasure, and the inn owner is very attentive to bringing that history alive. The amenities were very well appointed, and the bed was particularly noteworthy-- a very comfortable bed with an antique head/foot board. The breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the relaxed, welcoming nature of the experience. It was an excellent stay, even if brief (we only stayed one night). We will look forward to visiting again!!

The home & grounds were beautiful. The home has so much character & is so well kept. The King size bed was super comfortable and bedding (sheets & pillows) were plush & comfy. The bathroom was full of soft, plush towels, soaps & was so clean & fresh. Even a fresh rose was in the bathrm. The innkeeper (Paul) met us at the door, gave us a tour, brought my bags upstairs, went over breakfast, etc. The service was TOP NOTCH. I cannot recommend this place enough. We were sorry to go, I highly recommend & when we are back in the area will stay there again. I am an interior designer, so I am extremely picky - Delano Homestead met all my expectations & exceeded them!

Host was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the beautiful woodwork and historical background of the property.

The only thing that would make it better is if it was right on the waterfront. That being said it is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Ich hatte mir vorgestellt, in einem Anwesen im wunderschönen, kolonialen Stil, mit modernen Attributen zu übernachten. Meine Erwartungen wurden vollends übertroffen. ein so liebevolles schönes, historisches Anwesen mit vielen vielen spannenden Details das einem zu dem totalen Wohl fühl Gefühl einlädt.
