Great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and the $10 bacon and eggs breakfast although basic is exceyvalue. Would use again

It is cheap so not complaining about the tiny rooms etc. However when two people are occupying a room it would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner enough for both to use. We got one tiny shampoo and soap. No milk so didn't have coffee provided. just small details - but had to go out and buy coffee for breakfast. Otherwise no worries.

Clean, staff helpful, Easy to get to the city just by walking. Unfortunately a bit noisy because of construction going on nearby.

The bathroom was extremely small, which made it difficult to shower as the shower was really small.

It was okay. The location is very good though.

It was so small barely any room to move but was extremely dusty, their was so much dust in the aircon you could see the layers. I didn't want to get sick so left it off and the glass cups had a layer of dust around where you drink turned me off using them. Hygiene is quiet poor only used the place to sleep so if you wanting a cheap place to stay this is it but I wouldn't stay here again.

The toilet was far too small for anyone. Part of the flooring has cracking sound. However the staff is polite and the proximity of the hotel is good.

The Reception staff were helpful & friendly. My room was very small but the booking description was very accurate so you know what you are getting for your money. It had everything you needed for an overnight stay. There were area's in the room that need a spring clean but was otherwise ok. The location to the CBD & Roma Street Station was good.
