That being like part of the family and everyone is friendly.

Clean, Comfortable, Economical, and handy to Roma Station. I have been before, and will stay again when I need.

The property is dated but fully functional and comfortable for a budget friendly stay in central Brisbane.

For the price not what expected, worse bed I have ever slept in, bathroom self loose unable to place anything on it, taps in shower looks like they were coming off the wall, not likely to ever book in there again

The customer service was overall quite fantastic, friendly and easy-going, no complaints on the service. However, I found the room a lot smaller than I imagined it to be, the bathroom had no exhaust fan, there was evident mould building up on the ceiling plaster in the shower. The air-conditioning wasn't great, likely because the filters have not been cleaned and the amount of dust on the face was horrendous. I don't believe it was complete value, probably would've taken my chances at a hostel and had a bit more comfort than here.

I have stayed with city edge in other cities for similar price and have been satisfied. This was up some alley, was extremely basic.....no iron, no hairdryer, no microwave etc. I have paid the same amount for a self serviced apartment with a kitchen that had oven, cooking implements, microwave, a proper sized bathroom. Also it was not that near supermarkets considering it is in the city..... most disappointing, so over priced!

Can barely move in the shower. The toilet dropped the whole time even though I told them within ten minutes of my arrival. I put up with it for two nights but I ended up finding another hotel for my third night and paying for new place as I needed sleep. When I checked out early staff told me that they hadn’t fixed toilet as they weren’t prepared to get plumber out on a weekend. Very noisy too, lots of street noise. The hotel I moved to was a very short walk (about 4mins) in the same area and no where near the level of noise I experienced at City Edge.

Soap in the room would have been good and there were no coffee sachets only tea bags

The building exterior is gorgeous and everyone who works at the hotel was genuinely lovely and helpful, from front drsk to the housekeeping. We will definitely book again.
