"Exceptional"

This hotel provided me shelter from the floods when nobody else would. Help from reception in my circumstances was exceptional, I can't thank them enough. Reception was also great , if you need a cheap hotel I can't recommend them enough , close to everything.

I walked into reception and straight back out - I was not staying there. It looked unsafe.

The place was convenient to the city, easy to come and go, clean and friendly. The room was well equipped including a kettle and a fridge and the bathroom was good. I would stay there again.
