Beachfront Terraces

One bedroom with very comfortable bed, ok bathroom and toilet together not a problem could be a bit bigger but still not a problem, laundry tucked away good dryer however we had trouble with the washing machine (it was a late model) which we reported and someone came to look at it we did not use it again so do not know if the issue was fixed. Kitchen dinning and TV is a great space, not a lot of bench space but workable perfect location with beach at front door and beautiful pool back door staff warm and friendly and approachable, We have booked an apartment in the same block facing the beach for next year, so all good.

great location and good admin support our second visit here and we will return - we love the spot and the pool and room had been refreshed

Location is great on the very north end of 4 mile beach, it looks a bit tired and dated from outside compared to some neighbouring properties but inside was a nice surprise and clean as a whistle. The pool area is a ripper. If we went back i'd just go back without even shopping around

Nice new pool & good location but that’s all. We stayed in a very dated, dirty & run down supposed to be 2 bedroom garden view appartment. The main bedroom had only a partition wall & no door so no privacy! There was mould in the bathroom & shower.The garden was unkept & lawns were dead & not mowed or edged. Only stayed 2 nights until we could move accommodation, unfortunately management wasn’t interested & it was so bad we couldn’t stay. There are so many other beautiful, clean & nicer places to stay with lush green gardens & shaded pool areas at the same cost.

Looks can be deceiving and that’s the case with us hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and staff very helpful. The hotel is very well located with a bus stop in front of the property. Value for money I cannot complain.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The unit was very clean and practical it suited our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers pefectly. The building is older on the outside but the inside is very comfortable. The price is very competitive considering its position. It had a large swimming pool situated at the back of the units. Balconies on two levels overlooking the ocean and a rear balcony overlooking the pool.

Stayed in a beachview 1brm apt. Had everything we wanted. Was very clean, welcome supplies including laundry detergent, free pool towels in room, bed super comfy, quiet and spacious all set in beautiful gardens. And, of course the reason we picked it: cross the road to the safe beach. 5 min walk to restaurants and shops. Off street parking

This accomodation was absolutely perfect right in the centre of Port Douglas and directly opposite the beach. The apartment was very clean and relatively spacious, the pool was another highlight as it was the perfect way to come home after the beach and then lie by the pool Will definitely be staying here when I come to Port Douglas next

This place is in the best location & has a nice new pool. That’s where it ends. We had a supposedly two room garden view apartment. A partition wall that didn’t even go floor to ceiling and no door. This was supposed to be the master bedroom? Dirty, dated, mouldy bathroom, doors that don’t close. The pics on their site don’t represent this property one bit. Management wouldn’t talk to us when we went to complain. They did offer us another room. But in the same group of garden view rooms. The gardens were overgrown and dead. We couldn’t stay there any longer than we had. We said we would pay for the nights that we had stayed but would like a refund for the balance of our stay. They refused. The manager wouldn’t speak to us or come meet with us.. There are many other places that cost less and that are clean and fit to stay in.. Extremely disappointing and poor customer service.

Friendly service, great room so close to the beach and stinger net and an easy walk into town
