"Not for those with mobility issues - stairs everywhere."

Place was reasonably clean and quite comfortable. Bed was ok and everything worked.

If I had known a 'ground floor' apartment involved getting up and down several sets of stairs I would never have booked it. Would be impossible for a wheelchair or someone with bad mobility issues to get in with luggage or even without! Even worse from the car park - I didn't use the car park but had to use the stairs to take out the rubbish. I requested a walk in shower but wasn't advised until after I had paid that this wasn't possible. So I couldn't shower while I stayed there for 2 nights. I couldn't change my mind because the booking was not able to be cancelled. I know I booked late, but there was no indication of the stairs, that there wasn't a lift, no housekeeping. Also not made aware that luggage couldn't be stored even for a few hours until I had confirmed the booking. Definitely not recommended for anyone with mobility issues!

"Great location, Easy checking in and out with very clear instructions."

The location was perfect to get around the city, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. The room was also very spacey and well equipped.

Just a suggestion that It'd be great to have a luggage storage before checking in but the place is great overall :)

"Not worth the money"

It was not clean.Our Air-conditioning was controlled by management.Notes everywhere not to do,Not to touch. Management food left with do not touch note ,along with cutlery,plates mugs etc. Dirty cupboards, draws and ash tray full of cigarettes. ? Do you want photos not good enough for what we paid.Had to walk through office to get to room,staff were in there.

"Very comfortable and clean apartment in a convenient location"

Very clean and well catered for cooking. Comfortable beds and lounge sofa. It seems to have been renovated recently. Quiet street and nice pool.

We had an issue with a small leak in the toilet but it was resolved very quickly

"Superb"

A great apartment just slightly set back from the main area so it’s very quiet. The apartment is well equipped with laundry detergent, washing up stuff, cutlery, pots pans and seasonings. Would highly recommend staying here
