The room was run-down. Curtains had stains on them, Wardrobe sliding doors were jammed, wear and tear all over the room, cupboard door hinge screws were removed, bed mattress needed to be replaced, very noisy from outside traffic and people who stay there.
AUThe location was good. Close to the water, cafes and friends we were visiting. Staff were friendly and attentive. Off road parking was handy- the parking spaces are small, but we managed to get a dual cab Ute in (just)
The rooms are quite dated and need some maintenance. A room for 2 people gets 2 towels, and one hand towel, not a deal breaker but inconvenient if you have long hair. The room was expensive for the level / standard of accommodation.
MYAUGreat rooms and well planned. Good beds, water, kitchen and table. Good bathroom.
If the car park would have been a bit more wide and the rooms with cockroaches. The bathroom sliding doors were jammed.

Our bathroom leaked, asked staff to help and was offered no solution, I couldn't shower my kids due to bathroom flooding everytime we turned on the shower, beds were very uncomfortable, place wasn't clean, very dissatisfied with our stay.
