The internet was intermittent the TV connection could've been better.

I asked for early check in which they said would be ok. The room was tiny and felt like a crack house it was nothing like the photos. The photo of the pool was the only accurate one.
AUThe shower went cold Took 1/2 hour to get hot again. Lucky it’s summer here. Shower door didn’t fully shut. The floor was dirty. The room was too little for a family of four. Cockroach was at the door when we walked into the room and the glass slide door didn’t lock. I could go on and on about this room

Older facilities but have been tidied up and renovated and they've tried to ensure everything is functional. The stairs - being an older building. This is usual. Fan in room was noisy but functional.
