AUHad what we needed. Comfortable bed, parking (though incredibly narrow, and many cars in the carpark seemingly damaged corners due to such cramping parking), microwave, jug, wine and water glasses, cutlery & crockery, TV (approx 40"), etc. Good location, only a minute walk to the waterside. Friendly staff.
Parking extremely cramped and concerned about our car getting damaged as others there (fortunately, no one parked mext to us). Shower was quite dirty. TV antenna was a broken little bookshelf type antenna, but it still worked (though some pixalation). Large pool, but looked green-ish, with zodiac cleaner tangled from check-in to check-out... would have liked to use it, but not in its state of cleanliness!

AURoom was fantastic loved the balcony ,was really convenient as was allowed to smoke on it and didnt have to walk down and off property aircon was cold found the room to be quite adequate..really enjoyed my stay there and hosts were very.friendly curtious and helpful,after a quick room cheap was returned my 200 room bond no problems at all..definatly recommend it for other people..

AUBed was comfortable and air conditioning was good. Location was good as we were going to a party. It was close to the water and cafes. It was near the Grand Hotel and we needed to take drinks for the party so we could walk and get them.
All the stairs that were narrow to climb and to navigate with a bag on wheels. Some floor covering missing near the bed. Bathroom was clean but i was expecting for more better appointment bathroom. Kitchen was old and not nice to look at. The main thing that I didn't like was on the balcony, the first thing I was greeted with was a dirty ashtray....yuck. For someone who doesn't smoke a big turnoff.
