Other guests kept us awake all night on several occasions. Managers did try and quiet them down - and they appeared to be removed the next day - but too late when you havent been able to sleep all night. Rooms are only serviced once in the 11 days we were there
AUThe receptionist was professional.
I messed up I booked and paid for the wrong night...My Fault, they said there was nothing they could do. The manager on the phone asked what nationality we were, then said they were full, bad luck. I offered to pay a bit more for the inconvenience of me booking and PAYING for the wrong night. I left without a room and no where to stay. They rang 5 mins later with a room to offer but the manager only offered me a $40 credit and I still had to pay $140 for the night. I had paid $200 for the next night. He was very greedy and unAustralian....as they were already making $20 in offering me a lesser room. Sure an extra $50 for the inconvenience if really needed.

Tv wasn’t working properly and it’s not accessible on the top floors. No lift for elderly but they do have ground floor units.
