Price. It was value for money. Incidentally I am acreturning customer. Location was very convenient for me.It is on an excellent bus route .I was a late arrival and someone was at reception to book me in.All the staff I have spoken to on the phone or in person were lovely ,very helpful, had good local knowledge and made me feel welcome. I arrived during a massive rainstorm and the Night Mgr lent me an umbrella so I wouldn't get drenched when I walked out to get some dinner.Its little things like that that make a BIG difference. I think so. I loved the bed. It was so comfortable.Seemed to be very good quality. Pillows were nice and towels were soft and fluffy too. The art work on the walls was pretty and pleasant to look at. The room was lit nicely, very restful, not too bright. Kitchenette area was modest/adequate ,clean and equipped with everything I needed for one night stay. Door and ranch slider had insect screens. I loved having a balcony that looked over the pool. I enjoyed having a swim in the pool the next day.Nice pool area. Walkways and steps were well lit.

Steps It's just me but now that I'm older I am finding steps a bit harder to use .I was 3 flights up. So I don't like steps. Noise The fridge was noisy when it did it's cycle. So I pulled it away from the wall so I could access the power point and turn it off. That revealed a floor surface under the fridge that could have done with a clean. TV I could have done with some instructions about how to use the TV. It took me a while but I eventually worked it out .

The car park numbering didn't make sense, the room wasn't clean. The floor was dusty and the couch was dirty. The curtains and portable cot had stains all over them. The outside corridor light was always on so our room was constantly bright. The bathroom door didn't close properly which didn't help.

was charged an extra $200 for 2 nite stay as security..was tolf it would be credited back to my card..but now I am getting requests for my back account details ??? was under the impression it could be credited back to my card..please advise Alfred Nestler 0439705038

Be aware!!this place is full of crazy drunk drug addicts . Not a place for children and any1 looking to relax or be safe on holiday . I was 3 levels up with a blocked off balcony and someone still managed to climb up trying to break into my room, banging on the door all night ,my son was fearful for his life and the night manager was drunk and acted like he couldn't see the people sitting on the balcony next door,to me I felt he knew and this was common and he didn't want to bother them . I had to record everything ,have recordings of them banging on my doors , yelling abuse , spitting over at us for no reason at all ,we never spoke or encountered anyone they were just crazy .I have recordings of the manager pretending not to see the people sitting in front of him (hence why I felt he knew them to well ) The night manager told us that place houses the homeless and people break in to sleep as well 🤦 The owner the next day all though I eventually got a full refund and checked out he was reluctant to give full refund or help us out , they done absolutely nothing to the tenants that harassed us all night despite me ringing after hours trying to get help all night. I had to stay up all night on guard till the morning as I did not want to move my son in the dark where we couldn't see what was coming at us. Do not stay here unless u are desperate!!! Sorry no photos as I only took vids and I cant upload videos to this review or I would so people can see 1st hand .

A nice comfortable room.

Sorry but I had trouble with the stairs. Knee problems causing trouble with managing stairs. But that was my problem. Thank you.
