Amazing views and facilities

Unfortunately, not being allowed to smoke outside on the balcony was disappointing. Nearest place to go was to the nearby park which was fine during the day but at night as a female I did not want to go alone plus there was a sign to say not to go there at night time. Having a designated area for smokers would be a great asset for this resort.

We requested a water view, and although the property did say it wasn’t guaranteed, we were assigned an apartment with a great view! The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had all of the essentials. We used the cafe, gym, sauna and pool facilities - all were great! We were also able to use the facilities for the day after check out which was super convenient.

The Location was great and the pool was fantastic.

The room probably didn’t live up to my expectations. All rooms featured in photos (for a one bed apartment) featured 2 couches, our room only included one which was small and not that comfortable for 3 people to enjoy especially over a week stay! The cleanliness was lacking with shower screen and tiles having a build up of scum on arrival, a dirty face washer in the cupboard under the vanity and some of the cooking utensils were not clean. The mattress in the bedroom could also do with an update as you could feel the springs in the middle of the bed.
