Great location. Kitchen and laundry facilities for family. Tidy pool area and spa. Great coffee and drinks downstairs and close to mall.

Was perfect apart from the water blasting for maintenance.

"Ultiqa stay"

The location was excellent and close to everything. The pool area had a nice view, and parking felt secure with lift access restricted to each level.

We booked through a hotel booking agency and were not informed that this particular room was an Airbnb, which was disappointing. We wish this had been made clear, especially as there was no housekeeping during our stay. The apartment had dirty and dusty dishes, leaking taps in the kitchen and bathroom, spider webs, and blinds that were difficult to use.

Property was big, clean and in a good location.

Shower water pressure was poor, needs a new shower head. Curtains did not black out the room.
