Lovely place to stay

Very limited reception hours Out of hours information only allowed window of 1 hour to check in the following day This meant I missed part of my conference

Spacious room. Good location.

We arrived and the airconditioner was broken. The tag on the power box said ''Do not turn air-conditioning on as a part required.' It was dated 20/08, which was a month before our arrival. No notice was given for us to find alternative accommodation, and they were booked out so they couldn't give us another room. One of the small fans they gave us was also broken. We have two teenage boys who were here to play a football tournament in very hot conditions. The room was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. The staff only helped day 3 out of a 4 night stay to fix the air-conditioner. Tradsmen were in our room all day (not their fault), and it didn't make much difference to the room temperature. The staff, especially on the day of our arrival, didn't seem to care too much about our situation and were very unhelpful. Sometimes airconditioners break, which we understand, but to know a month in advance and still book that room in peak hot temperatures is unacceptable. Then, to give us a broken fan as well was very frustrating. They didn't replace it either.

Fine stay but we stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and the bathroom of the main room did not have a door. The smallest room also had no windows. It was not ideal. Overall fine

The rooms were an excellent size and the view was incredible. Loved the outdoor deck and the bbq area

Couches were stained and old, room 2106, front door unpainted, staff were not terribly friendly compared to other hospitality experienced on the GC.

The location was perfect for everything we were staying for, we had a 3 and 2 bedroom apartment for a family occasion and the views were beautiful

Theres nothing comment

Service from staff was excellent...Jimmy at reception went out of his way to assist with any issues (like me locking myself out of the room.....) Also noted an ongoing work on maintenance to maintain the high standards
