Jo at the onsite cafe was great and makes a fantastic coffee. She also stood up to rude residents who tried going behind the counter to cut in front of guests who were inline. Good location and the beds were comfortable.

After paying over $740 for 2 nights accommodation in a 1 bedroom it would have been nice to have a room that looked like it has been cleaned properly and not have a view of the building next door. The bathroom not only needs to be renovated and have a shower that you don’t need a step ladder to safely get in and out of, but the cleaners need to learn how to clean a shower and a sink. There was excess water around the sink due to the tap not being positioned actually over the sink and when I tried to mop it up with a face washer as tissues weren’t provided, the washer was covered in grim It would also have been nice if the vacuum had of been used on the rug in the lounge. To clearly find large toe nail clippings and random other items was disgusting.

location, facilities, peaceful location nice view overlooking pool and water Perfect for my stay

only problem I had was the door lock was sticky and I struggled to get in and sometimes out of the apartment One night I had to get a staff member to help me and even they had trouble with the key and lock

Location was great and being on the top floor the view was nice.

There was nothing to dislike the apartment and location suited what we wanted perfectly

Not about not liking it, a note to let you know that the rubbish bin in the kitchen was dirty though rubbish was cleared, and would need to be wiped down especially the lid prior to next guests arriving.
