Sunset Island Resort

The hotel was nice with excellent spacious rooms, however room service was terrible as the room wasnt cleaned throughout the entire stay(3 days and 4 nights) . The basic ammenties were also not given after the first day( soaps ,shower gels etc) no wonder if they thought we had to ask everyday for all that basic needs.

Nice friendly place good for kids and just a short drive from main surfers .easy parking underneath .rooms are nice plenty of space .

Despite saying it’s a serviced apartment not once during our 1 week stay did they even attempt to service our room. Room had strange banging noise every 5mins from hot water system. Bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. It was okay, spa was great, pool was always 30 degrees which was annoying. 4/10

Always handy to everywhere and always accomodating

Staff were not helpful. Sofa bed was broken on arrival they gave us two foam matresses to sleep on the hard floor and said they would replace the sofa in the morning, they never did. Six nights on the floor. Tv didnt work and had to be replaced. No iron was in our apartment or broom or vaccuum. Only restocked shampoo etc when asked but did not give more soap. Poor service.

Air conditioner wouldn’t work

It was good, and walkable. But the air conditioning is in the living room.

Our stay was great. Our room was ready early and was clean and comfortable.

Have stayed here a few times it's well priced has good amenities handy location and great pool
