Sunset Island Resort

Room cleanliness was terrible. overpriced. Only decent thing was the location.

Airconditioning not in the bedroom no fresh towels had to use the same towel for three days no one done the room service or cleaning

Lovely quiet apartments close to everything. Staff very helpful and willing to assist. Loved the room - very spacious great for family and close to all you need. Car parking too. Would stay again and recommend highly.

Good walk to bus stops and Cavill Ave, but was in a very noisy area. Poor sleep with terrible bedding and pillows, terrible ironing board and we had to pay extra for our children- when it was not clear when booked on WoTIF. It was a nice large apartment though. On balance, I would not stay there again

Sorry I don't normally write reviews, but I never slept all night here due to hearing every little noise from other rooms. Some rooms partied all night and other noises were just taps and toilets etc. Very bad designed walls that allow all the noises to travel. Apart from that, it was lovely.

Room was good, not far from Cavill Ave, very pleased with our stay.

Good, organised for after hours arrival. Only sheets on the bed, blankets in cupboard and no doona.

This hotel is definately not 4 star. There is no lift in this "resort". It is close enough to surfers to walk to just about everything, but then remember the 8 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor when you get back with shopping or groceries or after a night out... Of the 2 bathrooms, 1 shower was broken, the other had no pressure and had to wait 10 minutes for hot water.. the Tv remote is in Chinese, we couldn't use the BBQ area because the manager and his family were using the whole area. Overall, if you are looking for a resort experience, this is not it!!
