Silverwater Resort Phillip Island

The pool was a great hit and thoroughly enjoyed.

The room did not feel clean, and the air conditioning did not appear to be working properly, the panel was loose and the cooling was ineffective. Based on my breakfast experience, the food options were also not particularly pregnancy-friendly, which was disappointing. I asked whether the cooks could prepare well-done scrambled eggs for my pregnant wife, and was disappointed to be told this couldn’t be accommodated as they were too busy. Based on the limited option, I was baffled by such a response.

Amazing location, beautiful scenery and great facilities.

The room was a little dirty with dead bugs

Staff were friendly, accomodation was clean and everything you needed. The view was amazing and relaxing.

Some areas need some maintenance and upgrades like stairs in apartment you could feel the studs under foot and maybe could benefit from outdoor blinds on balcony as it gets very hot on sundown and the moths come out.

Location

No room cleaning with the high price per stay.

We loved the great pools and spa, playground and the jumping pillow for the kids. Very nice scenery and the food at the restaurant for dinner was delicious and amazing!! All staff I came across were very friendly and helpful.

The outdoor pool looks great but it was too icy cold, even on the 40 degree day, you can see hardly anyone was even in it. The room was OK, but didn’t feel comfortable because of the couch, dining table chairs and outdoor chairs. It made me not want to sit there at all. A little bit outdated.
