Sun Siyam Iru Fushi

Our initial visit to the Maldives, specifically to Sun Siyam Iru Fushi, was truly a dream. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and always had a smile. The food was excellent, and despite being a buffet, there was always something new and delicious to sample. Among the à la carte options, Taste of India was superb, though Trio did not quite meet our expectations. The beautiful lobster BBQ was a highlight and well worth the additional cost. Our butler, Shahudan, was exceptionally helpful, always available to assist with our requests and questions. He is a discreet and very diligent individual. I find myself without adequate words to describe the perfection of Sun Siyam Iru Fushi—the beach, the villas, the food, the Maldivian ambiance, and the luxurious vegetation. Everything was flawless. The most challenging aspect was having to depart from such a paradise.

What a fantastic resort! We had the most incredible week here at the beginning of December 2025. The whole place is pure paradise. The staff (and we mean every single one) were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and their standards and attention to detail was fantastic. The food was absolutely amazing and beautifully presented in the Iru buffet. Our favourite restaurant was the Taste of India - absolutely fantastic!!! One tiny little thing we didn't like. The cats. Caught one having a 'you know what' twice, next to our private pool 😫. Try the Jetcar-it's absolutely thrilling!

A huge part of why this trip was so special comes down to Gopal and Bipin. Their service, energy, and kindness made every single day better. Gopal’s bartending was always on point, and Bipin’s attention and friendliness made you feel truly welcome, not just like a guest. They both went above and beyond in a way that felt natural and sincere, and it honestly changed the whole experience for me. This island felt warmer and more memorable because of them. Thank you, Gopal and Bipin you made this trip unforgettable.

Most amazing week we have ever had. Location, staff, rooms are all amazing. Wait staff Harish, Ganesh, Madhu, Sushima, Bipin and front office rep Fayaz made our stay memorable and left us in awe. Cocktails were brilliant and room was the best ever. We hope to visit this piece of paradise once again.

me as my boyfriend stayed for a week mid december, the weather was beautiful absolutely took our breath away! the staff were brilliant, we’ve never been treated so well and made to feel so at home by everyone around us! every single member of staff said hi, good morning, hope your enjoying your holiday, asking loads of questions and being really attentive. they truly made our holiday as special as it could of been. we did the manta ray excursion and oh my god! how fantastic, the staff were brilliant and kept us all safe with the currents and didn’t let anyone get too close to the animals we saw. every single moment from the plane to Male was amazing, absolutely amazing!!! The welcoming we had when we arrived was just spectacular. we will be back next year, hopefully see you all soon!

We had our honeymoon at Iru Fushi, and it was the best 8 days we’ve ever experienced. We saw rays, turtles and sharks. The accomodation was made up and tidied twice a day, stunning and private in the sunset water villa. The service from everyone on the island truly made our honeymoon with special thanks to our butler, Azzam.

We’ve just had an amazing week at Iru Fushi. Everything was spot on - the location was exactly what we’d hoped for and the resort really delivered. The food was great and the staff were lovely. Our butler Aalam was a star - helping us to sort restaurant reservations and excursions. Our daughter did the conservation snorkelling trip with Shah and he really took the time to share his knowledge and passion for marine life. This was a fantastic destination that we’d thoroughly recommend.

This resort is exceptionally beautiful, peaceful and perfectly suited for romantic gateway. The staff were friendly and professional and went out of their way to make us feel at ease. We appreciate the privacy and attention to detail. Special thanks to our butler Faahim who provided us outstanding service. He made our stay seamless and stress free.
