Classic and well maintained, the Perry has you in walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the glorious Petoskey waterfront. Have stayed there several times and always want to go back. Great staff never disappoints!

Very neat historical hotel with an ambiance of a bygone era…charming, clean, and beautifully kept. Service was excellent and loved that we could walk to everything in Petosky.

The Perry was a perfect stay….5 star rate for 3 star price….breakfasts were very good with many choices…ate at Noggin twice and food & service were excellent. Nice added: popcorn while we waited for meal. Accomodation including parking were all very good! Can’t wait till next time in area to book this hotel!
Very nice stay, hotel is pretty and classic with a few blemishes. 1. Long wait for breakfast seating, due to short staffing. 2. Onion smell from breakfast permeated our room in the early morning. 3. Toilet flush was absurdly loud, fortunately not often!
