The hotel itself is generally okay, but there are several serious issues. The rooms have a strong damp smell, and the location is a bit far from the center. Cleanliness is a problem: rooms are not cleaned properly and towels are changed very rarely. When we asked for clean towels, the staff reacted angrily instead of being helpful.

Pool towels seem to be given selectively, and families with children are clearly disadvantaged — we were never given pool towels because we had kids. The manager is extremely unreasonable and aggressive. Any small stain on the bed linen is charged extra, which is unrealistic when staying for 7 days with children. It is normal that bedding may get dirty during a family stay. The manager’s behavior made the stay very uncomfortable, and getting the deposit back was difficult and stressful. Overall, the staff were rude and dismissive, despite us being calm, polite, and respectful throughout our stay.

The property was nice

The staff was rude and didnt know how to behave. The staff entered the property in presence of guests without knocking. The hotel staff has a commission on scooter renting firm and when the scooter was rented drectly, they charged less money but the staff created a scene and sent them back. They shut the gates at 12 and no guard is there so it takes ages to come in The housekeeping changes bedsheets and towels once in 2 days Housekeeping is there till 4 only Nothing is delievered in room. You have to go down to get it The showers are good for nothing The breakfast timings are till 10. But they shutdown the breakfast area only at 10 so you need to finish by that time. The staff is rude and slow in general. This spoils the entire beauty of the property.

The pool was cleaner than the room.

The room was very musty. The chair cushions and headboard were stained. The walls had mold. Breakfast was included but horrible it gave me diarrhea twice. Staff were stingy with acquiring water for drinking and coffee.

We enjoyed our stay at Andamanee the hotel had a real homely feel, the staff were amazingly friendly we were greeted by the resident fur babies (very loved dogs) on a regular basis. The hotel offered everything we required and we made good use of the free shuttle to the night markets and beach.

Absolutely nothing it suited our budget.

Su without doubt is the best hotelier in Thailand. Fantastic customer service,nothing too much trouble. Superb family run business, we will definitely be back(if only to play with the dogs).

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel, etwas abgelegen aber es fährt ja ein kostenloser Shuttle zum Strand. Sehr freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal! Das Mobiliar etwas älter aber immer noch in sehr gutem Zustand. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hierher kommen, hier kann man total abschalten wenn man möchte.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker aber eine sehr kleine Auswahl.
