English-speaking stuff, tasty breakfast (250baht / day, buffet style), beautiful surroundings, we loved the feeling of staying a little far from the main road hustle and bustle and closer to nature, free shuttle to the beach

Stuff was too strict sometimes (hand down pool towels right after you leave the pool / 1000 baht fee if you check out at 11:01 when the checkout time is 11:00), bedsheets were with some old stains

Not for people wanting a resort vibe. Perfect for those used to hostels. The pool was filthy and unfit for swimming. The staff (though limited) were lovely if you spoke to them as humans and didn’t not expect them to wait on you hand and foot

The hotel is really a disaster. I can complain almost everything, starting from a manager, (you’ll see her response to my review), going through omnipresent dogs (especially walking in the breakfast area and looking into plates), and ending with disgusting rooms and bathrooms (pictures attached). Rooms: A musty odor welcoming you just from the entrance to the room, headboards dirty, although at hotel pages they look nice, masked with decorative pillows. Luggage storage shelves stained, blood looking substance together with dead insects on curtains, missing baseboards. Also importantly, AC was in state of disrepair having missing flap so the cold air cannot be diverted and blows directly to your face the whole night. What you can find in bathrooms is: toilet seats discolored with urine, stained walls, black mold around tub and sink and peeling of paint. Summarizing, the hotel requires TLC, and should have been withdrawn from booking com and other similar listings. To be honest, I could not find any valid business license at the reception area. Maybe it’s hidden in a drawer, but this is my observation. Left the hotel after one night.

Wonderful staff. Free shuttle to the beach. Room was very comfortable. Loved the pool.

Beautiful property that, although older, is very well maintained. The Central pavilion and pool areas are very welcoming spaces as are the immaculate gardens. The rooms are very spacious. The AC units are older but work well. The breakfasts are served in the beautiful open air upper verandah and feature made to order and buffet choices. The Beach is about a 20 min walk away and the hotel provides regular shuttle services. Scooters are also available for rent.

As everywhere in Thailand, plumbing is capricious so please be gentle with the toilets.

The staff were amazing. Sue was especially helpful, kind, and accommodating. This is a good place for travels who appreciate a chill atmosphere. It's a bit far from the action, but they provide a free shuttle to town that drops off and picks up every two hours. Renting a scooter is recommended.

It is very old and not renovated, really not 4 stars hotel.
