The staff are exceptional, rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff have 3 pet dogs 🥹😍 i will miss these beautiful fur babies i got to play with them every day during my stay thank you ladies!

This hotel is in a great location away from the hustles and bustle in the main strip. You do need transport (we hired a car) but apparently the hotel offers a taxi service. On first impressions the hotel does need a bit of tlc, for example there are areas that need repainting because they are looking a bit tired but this does not takeaway how lovely this hotel is. The decor in the reception and main building is of traditional Thai decor, lots of beautiful teak wood. The hotel has a big pool area with plenty of beds with umbrellas and although the pool bar wasn’t available, all we had to do was ask at the reception for a beer and the lovely staff member happily brought us them to where we laid by the pool. Our room was spacious and had a balcony, fridge and tv and a big bathroom with a great shower and a bath. And lastly all the staff we met were so nice and extremely helpful with any questions we had about the area.

Loved the traditional materials used in the building especially the reception area. Lovely gardens. The location is out of the main area so the hotel is lovely and quiet, we had a hire car so travelling around to explore wasn’t a problem and it was nice to return to such a quiet place. Bhiraya, the owner was lovey to deal with and made us feel very welcome. It was great value for money. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and was cleaned on request. There were a couple of small areas that were a bit tired around the pool but nothing that would put us off staying again.

There were very few guests at the hotel when we stayed so it wasn’t fully staffed which we understand, however this did mean that the pool probably didn’t get cleaned as often as it would do with full occupancy and resulted in a lot of insects floating in the surface. However this is a lovely place with plenty of potential to be extremely good with just a little attention to the small details

Staff is a family, and very helpful for things to do. The dogs on the property are very friendly but not to be petted. The view from breakfast is an amazing mountain in the distance.

Sometimes outside of the venue there is a smell from the elephant sanctuary, close by. The courtyard is filled with flowers, that smell amazing.

The price was a bit high for what I’m use too but the food was great!

It was set away from the beach a quiet jungle vibe.
