Peppers Bluewater Resort

The room was a lovely set up, comfy beds and the location was close to most things with a lovely view of the river.

The room smelt like someone had cooked a traditional curry the night before and the smell had seeped into the paints pores. It was disgusting! There were hairs in the shower and marks all over the walls. The walls were also thin and we heard the people next door clearly! Breakfast offered was average too.

Convenient location, incredible chief - the dinner was amazing!

Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned correctly. Our toddler found dirty socks, there was hair that didn’t belong to us on our pillow and had mould buildup throughout silicon in the shower.

預訂房間的費用早就已經刷卡完成付款，不知道是流程問題還是櫃檯人員不清楚狀況，一直說我們沒有付錢，還要我們自己去打電話聯絡客服公司。

It was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was taken care of. We wanted to stay longer but sadly we had made other arrangements.

That I couldn’t see the Llama in the paddock next door.

It was a very cosy little room and suited our needs really well. It was warm and very clean.

It would have been nice to have a few more items such as cutlery and some plates. The price was on the steep side for the size of the room.
