Good room for our family of 5

It didn’t seem like good value for money, there was an outlet with a screw left on the and my son stood on this

Good location. Warm room.

Small room, no clean towels given. No room allocated to us on arrival which took checking in longer. No view what so ever. Good if you only want to sleep there and no hang out in your room.

Great location

Treated ourselves to a “Lux” room. But really just a nice hotel room. Wouldn’t pay the extra again. The petite rooms must be tiny, but I guess the clue is at least in the name there.

Location and view

The meal was not up to expectations

Loved the location right on the beach and only a short walk to pancake Rocks. Room great, bed comfortable, restaurant delicious for dinner and breakfast.

Location was good

Room was very squashed in and if you have anyone above you it is very noisy.

The staff were excellent! Thank you to Justin and his team. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. It made our overnight stay very pleasant. The food in the restaurant was also very good. For what the property is, yes, it was good value for money.

Sadly the property itself is starting to look a little tired. The rooms could do with a coat of paint. Our Venetian blind in the bathroom didn’t go all the way down either. I did alert staff who were going to attend to this on our checking out. (We only stayed the one night)
