Large room That's it

There was no staff Prior to our stay we tried multiple methods to contact and never got a reply The atmosphere is eerie and the main parts of the hotel have a musty smell Every surface of the room including cutlery and plates had a thin layer of dust Pool had a construction fence around it The lower rooms feel like a dungeon If in the lower rooms the gym is 24 hours and people come and go and can come right to your door as the security door doesn't self lock unless the last person has locked it. We were not aware of this as the room door self locks and assumed it was the same.

Big room...comfy

No human contact with anyone at all. The hotel facilities outside the room are totally non-existant...defunct hotel as it were. The room itself very good...BUT...it's advertised service and facilities do not exist.

We did not stay the night as the rooms were down 3-4 flights of steps and we could see no way that my wife could manage them 2 or 3 times during a stay. We had NO WARNING about access and couldn't reach anyone. We decided to drive back to Launceston. I did walk down to the unit and after walking through the steps, as if in a prison, I got to see what appeared to be a nice enough room with a good water view.

Warning that there was no lift so that we could have made our decision before arrival.

No staff around. A strange access to rooms walking down access stair well. Fridge did not work as it was frozen up. Rooms big and spacious.

It was lovely and cosy and had all we needed. The view was amazing. The facilities were fabulous.

The entrance procedure was weird and it you had to walk through a lot of renovation to get to your room. The blinds and curtains need attention. But the rest is fabulous

Large room, quiet with good large bathroom and good water pressure.

Location was odd, no check in staff, no one at all at the ‘Hotel’. Was odd just some hotel rooms and a gym. Pool area was closed off and looked desolate. Difficult to get bags to the rooms that had no view. Glad we only had one night. Very depressing place.

Very well appointed, clean and comfortable suite. Booked it for the location to attend a function at the bowls club. Would definitely stay again.
