No staff at check-in (we arrived late) I’m glad I call in advance as they never sent the self check-in instructions ahead. In the morning we got a very rude housekeeping crew knocking violently in our door more than 30 minutes before check-out. No apologies given or and no one from management in the front desk. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Location is great, too bad. Not using them again.
