Not enough trash can's,& breakfast had powdered eggs,yuck,not enough shampoo& cream rinse

The check in was easy and quick - once I got into the room, I quickly found out the TV’s did not work, but then to find out the front desk staff knew it and still put us in the room was ridiculous and not fair to our stay. The bathroom shower also flooded, the water would not drain and backed up.

The breakfast was very good.

One of the elevators didn’t work.

Had a great stay here recently. The hotel was very clean and well-kept, and while the free breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel, it was still a nice way to start the day. What really made the experience stand out was the customer service—especially Denise at the front desk. She was incredibly professional and went out of her way to help me with a situation I had during my stay. Definitely lived up to the level of service I’ve come to expect from Marriott. I’ll be coming back to this location the next time I’m in town visiting family. (Also this is the only good hotel in the area)

The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. Pool wasnt open and side and back entrances had rotten decks/stairs. Broken screen on window.

Front desk employee was super friendly and very helpful loved her the room was clean and comfortable very good breakfast and breakfast lady was super sweet and helpful all around excellent 😀

Wasn't long enough stay we only had one night

Front desk person was ver persinable. Rooms were clean, hoever, we took the trip to enjoy the pool and pool was closed and that info wasnt offered before check-in

We had a very negative check-in experience at another property somewhere else in the South Boston area . . . we stayed there just one night. We were very lucky on a Memorial Day weekend to have a room available at the Fairfield for the remainder of our planned stay. Excellent!
