"Good location, not worth the price when the hotel next door is cheaper and way nicer."

Good location, staff was friendly.

Rooms were very outdated/old. Breakfast was okay, nothing great. The beds/pillows were some of the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever slept on. I booked this hotel thinking it would be nicer than the Glo Best Western we stayed at previously. Boy was I wrong. 100% save your money and stay a hotel over.

There was a big stain on the wall and ceiling in our room from water damage. Needs to be taken care of, it was tacky! Everything else was excellent.

The property was perfectly clean as I always experience at Fairfield Inns and Suites. This trip what set our experience over the top was the employees!! We had this trip planned for months but never expected a week in advance that I would shatter my leg, one emergency surgery, and a second surgery a day later. As soon as we arrived the reception desk asked if we would like to use a wheelchair? It made getting up to our room so much easier and with so much less pain. We went out to dinner and when we came back for the evening the wheelchair was still available. My injury happened so quickly prior to our trip that we were unable to properly accommodate for my new mobility issues but your staff stepped right in and made it the best stay possible!! Thank you!

Although the room was clean, parking was easy, staff was pleasant that are a few things that could have been better. Definitely should invest in new beds, ours was well worn and uncomfortable and the breakfast could be improved. The toaster wasn't working correctly, only toasted 1 sided of the bread (and that was burnt, not toasted). The wifi wasn't working for about half out stay as well.
