Nice quiet area, the daytime staff were very friendly. Despite those things, I found a large bedbug on my pillow (have video proof) and pretty sure I had gotten bitten (red areas on my arm) in the morning. I was disgusted and very disappointed thinking I was going to be a regular at this hotel, as I stay here every week for school. Definitely not worth over $100 I paid and think I should be entitled to a refund (booked with Expedia so we shall see - they don’t have a great reputation for refunds).

"Good but at a Fairfield it has been much better."

Breakfast and location were good for this trip

The A/C unit was very loud as it was cycling on and off during the night. Only one elevator was working.

The front desk personnel were very friendly. We needed a couple items for our room and they took care of it very quickly. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had a few different items every day.
