SO CONVENIENT. Close to UK Med Center. Cracker Barrel IN the parking lot. Staff-- incredibly helpful and the breakfast buffet was well above average.

A bit of garbage was left on the desk when we got in our room. Also spilled food on carpet was not cleaned up. Then one morning there was no hot water for showers. The guy at the desk promised some compensation to us and other guests but then told us upon check out that we’d have to contact the manager for any $ back. A debacle, overall.

"My stay was not very customer service friendly."

I was charged twice for my room. Even when I showed my confirmation to the representative who was not helpful. I spoke too the manager and send emails. I was told I would be reimbursed as of 9/18 no refund.

"Convenient place to stay in Lexington"

Good area and convenient to the main roads in the area if you want to go to places like Keeneland or nearby bourbon distilleries. Gas station nearby as well as some fast food options (McDonalds on the same road), and easy to get to downtown Lexington as well.
