We had a great stay. The room was very nice, clean and smelled good, Your staff was helpful and polite. The only issue that I had was that the air conditioner was very loud.

Desk person was friendly and checkin was a breeze. The photo representing the room in the ad and the room … not the same. 2 queens and a pull out sofa, what we got 2 full size beds and a chair. Charged an additional 20$ for idk nothing was taken, all trash was together, no reason for the additional charge. No worries though, not staying there again.

The girl at the front desk that check me in was amazing. She got me a nice quiet room up on the fourth floor without me asking. I really hope that. You keep her as an employee. Would really recommend that.

Hotel is very dirty. Marks all over walls, floors have hairs, shower sprays water all over the floors, someone’s vape pen on the floor, desks and night tables had drink rings and sticky- would definitely not stay here again

Property is close to the interstate and not far from the downtown area. There’s a walking trail along the river bank just in front of the parking lot. Parking is great not crowded. I wouldn’t book for the breakfast option as it’s minimal. I was disappointed. I would recommend Joes Cafe. The rooms are nice but not too quiet if you have someone upstairs from you that walks hard all night like I have to experience for 3 days. Reception staff were polite and always spoke when I entered and left the property. I did see a Starbucks close but not too many dining options in the immediate area. The mall is within 5 - 7 minutes for more options. Cleaning staff should pay more attention it room turnover. In looking for an item I misplaced, under the bed looked like a pair of men’s sandals which tells me they don’t do a thorough job of cleaning or clearing. I always bring wipes and Lysol spray.

It had everything I needed.
